The shipping charge depends on our reader’s destination, see below.

• Austria: free of charge;
• Germany: flat-rate charge of 3,00 EUR;
• Other EU countries and Switzerland: flat-rate charge of 9,00 EUR;

Other: Contact us at sales@livingedition.at indicating your book request as well as your delivery and invoice address. We will expeditiously send you our shipping offer by e-mail.

Ordering from a Retail Bookseller:

Our publisher’s book trade discount is 30%.

Please address your book request to: sales@livingedition.at

We need your indications as given below:

• Full name of the company;
• Your ordering number and/or reference;
• Your invoice address;
• Your delivery address, if different from the invoice address;
• Your V.A.T. registration number (needed with EU booksellers only)

Your order will be shipped and invoiced by:

The invoice is included with the book or is mailed separately to your differing billing address.

Settling the invoice:

SEPA Single Euro Payments Area: 14 days net (bank details as per invoice);

Other: in advance—by credit card (we accept Master Card, Visa Card), give us the details: credit card bank, card holder/full name, card number, security code, expiring date of the card.
